EstateLog is a property management system, is being designed to improve the efficiency and accessibility of  property inspections.

This would be specifically of interest of Estate Agencies who would want rapid response and report from property inspection before and after tennants move in.

Specification:
Property management system (mobile/standalone):
This is where user would be able to add properties for inspection.
User will be able to perform inspections.

Upon every submitted inspection report, it would be added under each property selection for clarity.
Report is emailed and sent off to Estate Agent for records/checks
Report is saved on the database.
Property management system can be searched for any criteria related to property records

It's inspection system features (mobile):
Allows easy and quick itenary addition
Remembers most common user comments/entries and proports user with auto-suggestions at latter inspections.
Allows faster quality inspection with choices selection
Allows comments to be made on each property/room as necessary.

Technical specification:
System is developed on php/js platform. At present much research and development is done around Frodo JS API which deals with JS classloaders, memory management and finally data representation.

Ajax aspect on the mobile interface to allow simplified and efficient UI interface.
Management system may be integrated with EXT-JS for faster implementation if necessary.

At present the scope is 80% complete to individual client's requirements, however futher features are believed to be added on, as Frodo framework expands its API.

  -This project is current under initial stages of development.

We envisage it would incorporate the framework of FrodoJs, which is also under development.

We believe two projects being developed side-by-side would provide the necessary feedback from our end users of respective system allowing us successfully integrate the required specification in each project.
